Today is a super awesome day times ten! Why is this day so awesome? Because of the super awesome rad stuff pictured above that I picked up a little while ago.
Grandma sent me a birthday card with a Target gift card in it (granted its a week early, but I ain’t complainin) and off to Target I went! When I got there they had the new series 7 LEGO minifigures (which I proceeded to feel up the packs and get the 3 I wanted, bam!) but they also had G.I.JOE Renegades (designed by the late great Clement Sauve) on clearance for $4 and they had Scarlett, Snake-Eyes and Firefly! STOKED! Also found a Marvel Universe Psylocke which made the day super duper awesome times ten!
5 days til my real birthday but happy birthday to me anyway, I’m gonna go play now :D

LEGO Unveils Homage to ‘The Avengers’ Poster
LEGO has released the following incredible-looking image that re-creates The Avengers movie poster to promote their upcoming line of LEGO kits. Included in the shot are the minifigures of Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Nick Fury as they appear in the official movie poster.
Arriving in conjunction with the Marvel Studios film, LEGO will be releasing several sets based on the some of the set pieces and events that we’ll be seeing on the big screen. These kits include “Captain America’s Avenging Cycle,” “Loki’s Cosmic Cube Escape,” “Hulk’s Helicarrier Breakout” and “Quinjet Arial Battle.”
